Våra villkor
- Vi är en kontantfri anläggning. Detta innebär att vi inte accepterar kontanter vid betalning. Hos oss betalar man online med kort. Avbokning sker via e-post senast 7 dagar före beräknad ankomst. Vid avbokning debiteras 50 kr pga bankavgifter, i övrigt återfås hela beloppet. Avbokning senare än 7 dagar före ankomst debiteras med 100% av det totala beloppet. Vid bekräftat fall av covid-19 kan avbokning ske med återbetalning (förutom 50kr) fram till ankomstdagen.
- För att boka hos oss måste du vara minst 18 år. Legitimering sker vid ankomst. Du betalar ditt boende/din aktivitet i förskott via inbetalning online. Ta alltid med bekräftelsen och bevis på eventuell förskottsbetalning. Du ska själv kontrollera bokningsbekräftelsen. Eventuella felaktigheter måste påtalas omedelbart.
- Du ska följa ordningsregler, anvisningar och bestämmelser som gäller för lokaler, aktiviteter, transportmedel etc. Du ansvarar själv för alla skador som uppstår på fastigheter och deras inventarier genom att du, eller någon i ditt sällskap, varit oaktsam. Detta gäller även för våra aktiviteter t.ex. Paddelboard.
- Du får inte låta fler personer övernatta i tältet eller på tomten än vad du uppgivit i bokningen.
- Husdjur får inte vistas i våra tält.
- Rökning är ej tillåtet i våra tält.
- På vårt område tillåts ej öppen eld, tillämpa gasolgrillen.
